This trip has been a real learning experience for our gymnasts, the different training and competition environment that they adapted to so well and experiencing acrobatics gymnastics at its highest level has been a wonderful experience for them all.

With their competition over it was time for some R&R exploring Mechelen, we visited the Holocaust museum where the girls respectfully learnt about and acknowledged the history of the area.

In the evening we watched the World Cup finals, a glittering display of artistry and execution from some of the worlds best and then the end of comp party for the girls where the advantage of having a coach originally from Belarus proved useful in conversing with new friends from Kazakhstan!
