I am 16 years old have been doing gymnastics since I was 4 years old, with this year being my 9th year of competition. Within that time, I have experienced being a trio top, pair top, and a trio base. Doing acrobatics gymnastics has provided me with many opportunities to achieve my goals, such as becoming Australian National Champion in 2016, and travelling to places like Belgium and Las Vegas to represent my country.
Being apart of this sport has allowed me to enhance my skills, especially the skill of working effectively in a team which is important both in other sports and at school.
SXL has also provided me with opportunities to use my skills and give back to the community, like coaching 4-12 year olds in recreational gymnastics, and choreographing routines for state level groups
This year, my trio is working really hard to achieve our goal of representing Australia at the 2020 World Age Group Championship, held in Geneva.

you probably know this but remember to have fun and don’t worry about if you will mess up. You got this far so obviously you have what it takes. Just do what you do and it will happen. Also have you gone to ilog yet?
