Many family and friends had the opportunity to watch their gymnasts at the end of year concerts with performances from each class and routines from our award winning pairs and trios. The highlight as always were the opening and closing routines from the International, National and state Squads. These performances created by the gymnasts and coaches showcase the fun, energy and skills of acrobatic gymnastics.

Our NSW State representatives joined the rest of the NSW team for training today. They had the opportunity to practice their routines and get feedback from coaches and judges from around the state. They also participated in an ASADA workshop about their rights and responsibilities surrounding drug testing, Physio screening and Social media training.

The SXL team were delighted to take part in the 3rd Vegas Acro cup. For many teams, this was their first international competition together and all the groups performed strong routines and learnt a lot from the experience.
The competition featured over 1,000 gymnast from 18 countries and 4 continents. The gymnasts and parents appreciated the opportunity to watch the Acro World Cup, cheer on the Australian Women’s pair and our particular favourites the Chinese men’s four
